My dear friend Max has made his departure. He is running and playing wiff so many loved ones at the Rainbow Bridge. I hope he finds my brudder Benny up there - he can show him all the good places to eat, and which buffets have the best steak, and which fields have the most birdies to sniff...We will always love you Max. It's been an honor to call you and your sweet mama our friends!

My mom and me couldn't post the other day when we read this cuz her eyes were leaking something fierce. But this was a Most Lovely tribute to a dog who touched hearts all across the world.
